FREE Starbucks for NHS Staff – December 2025

Starbucks is celebrating the holiday season by offering a complimentary Tall beverage to NHS workers on December 6, as a token of appreciation for their dedication. Marking its fourth consecutive year, this gesture is part of Starbucks’ collaboration with NHS Charities Together, and this year promises to be the biggest yet.

In a new initiative, Starbucks will ensure that NHS staff in select hospitals without a nearby Starbucks will not miss out. They’ll be treated to Starbucks Frappuccino Mocha Flavoured Chilled Coffee and Starbucks Toffee Nut Latte Premium Instant Coffee. Additionally, NHS staff buying a beverage at We Proudly Serve Starbucks locations within NHS hospitals will also receive a free Caramel Waffle.

NHS employees are welcome to choose any handcrafted Tall drink from Starbucks outlets across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, simply by presenting their NHS ID. This includes everything from classic espresso drinks to seasonal specials like the Toffee Nut Latte and the new Hazelnut Crunch Hot Chocolate.

Expanding the reach of this festive offer, Starbucks will be distributing its Frappuccino Mocha Flavoured Chilled Coffee and Toffee Nut Latte Premium Instant Coffee to 19 hospitals in areas far from Starbucks locations. This is in addition to the complimentary Caramel Waffles for NHS staff purchasing a beverage at specific Starbucks counters in NHS hospitals.

This ongoing partnership between Starbucks and NHS Charities Together involves more than 230 local NHS charities across the UK. These charities operate in every sector of the NHS, supporting staff, patients, and communities with various projects, from mental health services for NHS workers to training for emergency volunteers and patient care initiatives.

Since 2018, Starbucks has also offered a year-round 10% discount to NHS and other frontline workers.
